 A trainer since 1984.  An ex police officer with the Avon & Somerset Constabulary, retiring in 1999 with the rank of Inspector.  He has  since run his own successful training and consultancy business.  Director of M & M Training Limited . 

Margaret Charlton Cert Ed (Special Needs Education), NVQ A1 Assessor

A trainer since 2001.  A special needs team leader at a large comprehensive school.  Specialises in training of classroom Teaching Assistants to NVQ Level 3.  Secretary of M & M Training Limited.
